Program Details

Finding a new trainer/coach can be scary and overwhelming. That's why I wanted to simplify the process as much as possible so you don't have to sift through all the options that might make different programs better or worse. The programming, nutrition coaching, and experience stays the exact same for however long I might be coaching you.

1. Everyone gets a workout plan made just for them.

2. Strength training with weights or some kind of resistance is ideal for muscle growth, hence you will be getting a program with that included. 
3. Cardio is okay, but if you don't have much time, strength training is the better choice, even for losing fat. However, if you like cardio I would be more than happy to include more of that.

1. "Diet" just means what you eat every day. With this in mind, I prefer counting calories (energy from food) instead of fad diets. If you eat more calories than you burn, your body stores the extra as fat.

2. I suggest using a calorie-tracking app like MyFitnessPal or Cronometer so I can help you get the right nutrients. Both of these apps will be integrated with my training software.

3. Healthy foods are best, but it's okay to enjoy treats as long as you stay within your daily calorie and macro targets. What and how much you eat is key to reaching your goals.

1. Progress photos might feel awkward, but they really help see how far you're coming. Sometimes the scale doesn't change, but you look different – photos show that! This can happen because of water weight, food, or gaining muscle (which is heavier than fat). Even when trying to lose weight, you can still build muscle, especially when you're new to this.

2. I'll ask for photos once a week (shirtless/fitted for men, fitted top/shorts for women). These photos help us track your progress and make sure your plan is working.

1. I know the scale can be stressful, but I'm here to help, not judge. The number on the scale is just information. It's really important for tracking progress, whether you want to lose or gain weight.

2. Knowing your weight each week helps us see if things are moving in the right direction. Think of the scale as a helpful tool, not something to fear.

2. We can also have a weekly check-in call if you'd like. This is for accountability and any questions you might have.

3. Please be honest with me about any struggles – I need to know so I can help. Everyone faces challenges, and I'm here to get you through them.

1. You'll need a cellphone to work with me. I use an app where you'll get your workouts each week. You'll also use the app to track things like your weight, photos, and update your food.

2. We can also message each other on the app anytime. I'll check in with you through the app with various tasks to help you stay on track. The app is how we'll manage everything for your fitness journey.
